Settlement among Aqa ʻAli Naqi's inheritors, 1869
Aqa Muhammad (son of Haj Habib Allah), on behalf of his brother (Aqa ʻAli Naqi)'s inheritors, who are his wives and children, settles a house and its surrounding garden for 130 tumans to Karbala'i Imam Quli (son of Haj ʻAli) on 12 November 1869. On the margin of the document, there are notes for the condition in which one of ʻAli Naqi's wives will not sign the settlement.
